How easy is it to achieve your goals?

My name is Mario and I believe that anybody is capable of doing anything they put their mind to! Over the past years I invested substantial amount of time into finding easy ways to achieve difficult goals. I was very surprised that in the end it all came down to 3 core things.

1. Awareness: Become aware of the goals you want to achieve AND write them down
2. Visualisation: Print or hang your list of goals somewhere you will see them every day and read them out loud every morning while closing your eyes and visualising them.
3. Commitment: Share the goals you would like to achieve in a given timeframe with your social environment (friends & family)
