The Kingdom of God is a universal call, addressed to all men, to conversion. This is why the disciples after receiving the holy spirit bring the good news to the pagan world. It is there that the disciples know the true face of oppression: the desire for evil, ignorance, deception and lies.
Paul during his stay in Greece meets Epicurean and Stoic philosophers, the philosophers ask him: "Then they took him and brought him to a meeting of the Areopagus, where they said to him, "May we know what this new teaching is that you are presenting?. You are bringing some strange ideas to our ears, and we would like to know what they mean", Acts 17:19-20.
Then Paul answer them: "People of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious. For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO AN UNKNOWN GOD. So you are ignorant of the very thing you worship - and this is what I am going to proclaim to you.", Acts 17:22-23.
After exposing the principles of his doctrine to the Athenians, Paul exhorts them to abandon the ignorance that leads them to sin: "In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.", Acts 17:30.
The kingdom of God is fundamentally an ethical doctrine, Greek philosophy in particular Plato and Aristotle do not explain what ethics consists of, they limit themselves to studying justice and prudence as the most important practical virtues, these philosophers from the point of view of the doctrine of the Kingdom of God, focus on the study of the rational man who is in an intermediate state between good and evil.
The ethics Paul explains is to live the spiritual gifts because all gifts are good by definition, gifts are perfections and everything that is perfect is in itself good. This is perhaps one of the strangest ideas for the pre-Christian Greek world, we have to choose between a life full of sin and a life of righteousness.
