Would it be worth telling the grading agencies about the unregistered numbers too? That could prevent these guys from getting a grade from them in future, assuming they send off legit coins themselves. The grading agencies might also want to press the matter legally for their own reasons too. The amount of chatter about fake slabs has to be hitting their bottom line.
