Best Junior Gold miners

1. Alexco Resources. AXR.TO owns the BellKeno Silver Mine in the central Yukon Territory. Stated that they would begin production once silver took out the $20 U.S. mark, which it just did. Watch for another big move in this stock soon!

2. Independence Gold Corp. IGO.V Another Yukon player with an exploration property adjacent to the Kaminak (KAM.V) gold project. With GoldCorp having taken out Kaminak, they have also taken up a large position in independence gold and a complete buyout is looking likely another good project to keep an eye on especially while it is still priced relatively cheap.

3. Integra Gold Corp ICG.V Integra Gold has a property located in the Val D'or Quebec Canada. Eldorado Gold (ELD.V) is a major holder of this stock and word on the street is that a buyout is in the not too distant future. Eldarado has been selling assets lately and it is likely they are raising money for acquisition targets such as ICG.

4. First Mining Finance FF.V A company started by Kieth Neumeyer of First Quantum (T.FM) and First Majestic Silver (V.AG) fame. Keith has a solid track record of advancing winning plays. FF is a company which for the last year has been buying gold, silver, copper and base metal projects at distressed prices. The purchases are done using FF stock (paper) in payment yet the underling assets being purchased have so far added just over 10 million ounces Measured indicated and Inferred to their asset portfolio. FF has had a very aggressive growth model and approach and is positioned in the right place at the right time.
