I used to be able to see the planes from a couple of the flight paths from Don Mueang Airport from my balcony in Bangkok Thailand. I watched planes go by all day in a few directions, but rarely got photos of them. Here you see one of the exceptions to that rule.
And just because I wanted to see it better, here is a close up on the plane. My little camera was at the edge of its abilities, but I still really like this shot.

I was using a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for this shot.
The color of the sky is fantastic!!!

They sure are. I'm getting a better appreciation now that I am not there. I've got an east view and hills here, so the sunrise and sunsets are very calm in comparison.

Lovely shot! I used to travel a lot in the past; now I noticed I like to watch planes, as I live relatively close to an airport. It is hard to take good pictures though. 😊
