Outstanding, love how dramatic the lighting on the sky,, how did you photography toward light source also exposing the fore ground quite clear ? what is the setting during shot this photograph?

Thanks @jumps This was shot on my old Sony Alpha A350 I think I was using the standard kit lens for this. To be honest, back then I had no real clue what I was doing, the way I found to get around the brightness of the sun was to under-expose on f/20. Some of the other shots taken that day are f/11 at 1/650s. I used to use center point metering and use the +/- adjustment also to combat the sun.
One other thing I have found since jumping to a Sigma lens on my Nikon the old Sony lens managed the hashness of the sun pretty well compared to Sigma and its problems with managing reds
I also use Lightroom, to lift the shadows and balance the brightness etc
