Hello,
We live in the last days of July. Most people are holidaying with their family. Some of them have finished a nice vacation and started to work. The holiday is actually a Freedom. It is a gift that man gives to himself. But we are most afraid of freedom. At the heart of the greatest fears in psychology lies this fear of life and freedom and unhappiness arising from what we have learned in past lives. Living freely requires happiness. We live in that way, no matter what angle we look at. Actually, we are happy not because we live, but because we live happily, loves, and lovingly.

Merhabalar,
Temmuz ayının son günlerini yaşıyoruz. Çoğu insan ailesi ile birlikte yaz tatilinde. Bazılarımız ise güzel bir tatili bitirip işine başlamış durumda. Tatil aslında bir Özgürlüktür. İnsanın kendisine verdiği bir hediyedir, bir mutluluktur. Ama nedense en çok özgürlükten korkuyoruz. Psikolojide en büyük korkuların temelinde, bu hayat, ve geçmiş hayatlarda öğrendiklerimizden doğan, özgürlük ve mutsuzluk korkusu yatıyor. Aslında özgürce yaşamak, mutlu olmayı gerektirir. Biz hayata hangi açıdan bakarsak o şekilde yaşıyoruz. Aslında mutlu olmamız yaşadıklarımızdan dolayı değil, hayata mutlu, özgürce ve sevecen baktığımızda yaşadıklarımızdan keyif alıyoruz. Mutluluğunuzu ve özgürlüğünüzü kaybetmeyin dostlar..
