I have been a goldmoney customer for almost as long as it as existed. When the bitgold platform was first introduced I jumped on as soon as I had dialed in on it. I am a gold miner so admit to being biased towards precious metals and owning /holding them physically.

My bride and I travel several times a year to Europe and Latin America. The concept of the gold debit Mastercards appealed to me so I acquired the first one in US$ and used it in Central America. It functioned flawlessly so I got the next one in Euros and used it for travel in Spain and Italy. Again it functioned flawlessly. I then got a third one denominated in GB Pounds and used it in Scotland and England. The first card required a couple of days to process but after that each subsequent loading was virtually instantaneous.

I do not travel without them now.
