To hit the golf ball well you need an even number of mistakes, lets call this the “blend”. You can have as many mistakes as you like, but if it is an odd number, the ball is not going towards the target.
Let’s say you have a flawless swing, yet your hands are twisted on the club to a strong position...obviously the ball is going to end up left of the target (assume right-handed golfer). You have only one mistake in your swing, that is incredible, but the ball is not going to the target. One, being an odd number, does not allow your swing to have a blend.
Now let’s say that golfer adds a “mistake” to his/her swing and changes wrist conditions at the top of the swing and extends his/her lead wrist (cupping). This is an additional mistake which opens the clubface. So now we have two mistakes. Two, being and even number, provides a beautiful blend. This allows the golfer to rip it right down the middle!!
One word of caution: the more mistakes you “blend” the more delicate the timing of your swing becomes. 1000 is an even number, but good luck trying to get around the golf course!;)
If you want me to analyze your swing, just upload a video of it
