Great post. Lego has been one of my favorite toys since I was a child, but they need ot keep coming up with new ideas. The film sets have been a large help, but the company has been is dire straights before.
In the 90's Lego came out with Bionicle, and that toy run could have very well saved the company. Part of the issue could be the larger amount of colors they have produced, and they have cut back on their selection in that area in the past to save costs.
