Welcome to GOOD CONTENT, Your new and better resource for great posts on Steem. If you are having a hard time finding new people to follow on Steem, this series is for you.
Each week I will bring you a list of 3-5 people who have good posts on a certain topic. Today it's hip-hop and electronic music. The following three Steemians are all cool people with good content and you may enjoy following them.

Shakazula posts beats using a real MPC device and his own two hands to bring you all kinds of boom-bap grooviness and fun. He’s a regular participant in Steem’s hip-hop scene and one of the most consistent Steemians ever.
Anytime I click on one of Shakazula’s posts, it’s always a good beat. So help yourself out to some Steem culture by following this dude ASAP.
(2) @fourfourfun — A REAL LIFE ELECTRONIC MUSIC JOURNALIST

Fourfourfun posts all kinds of high quality music journalism about modern electronic music. This isn’t your pop EDM or your souncloud rap, we’re talking about the deep cuts of the DJ world. Digging into genres like lofi house and deep house, IDM and its offshoots, drum and bass, jungle, and all other electro madness.
This is an example of music journalism done right via Steem. Definitely follow this man if you have any appreciation for electronic music.
(3) @ethorf — METAL GUITARIST TURNED ELECTRONIC APHEX-ESQUE MAN
Eric is my IRL friend from college and an insane guitarist. He can play technical death metal, or stupidly musical bluegrass and fingerpicky stuff, without blinking. Its nuts.
He’s also a music producer with some electronic tracks under his belt and more underway, including some collaborations with me. He’s featured on the upcoming The Walding Family mixtape. Good guy good musician, I’ve been promoting him pretty hard recently and for good reason, so, follow him if you like music things.

Yea its a sham about the trending page. I think its unlikely that situation will get better in the near future, so instead I'm starting to wonder how we can improve the curation as a community? Voting is not working. Better/more curation projects may help?
