Day 127: My Experiment

Each time we drag the sacred down a new sacred cow is offered up. Narcissistically we unconscionably place ourselves or an ideology on the altar of Godhood. Such adoration is loathe to responsibility for what lurks beneath the surface. Like Adam and Eve, after eating the apple, hide in shame their vulnerability. We use a sword of defense against nature regulating ourselves more and more rigidly. Unwilling to explore the natural ills that lay in wait. We think the more controlled and regulated the dark side then the demons will not surface. All the while the demons further contort and mutate in the darkness of the hell we have sentenced them to.
Without our attention our demons trick us into thinking we are virtuous. Yet we lie and live in shame. The greater our need to attain Godlike status the greater the pull by the demonic. We betray ourselves and everyone around us in our ignorance or willful blindness to nature and her duality. We see only one side of the coin whilst the other plots and plans to take over. Most of us do not even realize that evil has taken over and disguised itself as goodness. Though an empath or children recognize evil at first glance. Evil can only be hidden to those who themselves have rejected the totality of being. Demons are hidden by those who declare "I am something."
