MUSTARD OIL
You should avoid eating mustard oils. In India, the older generations consider this oil best in terms of eating or using it on your skin, hair. But, mustard seeds have naturally present erucic acid( around 30 to 40%) which is really harmful to your health, It accomulates fat around your heart. In other countries mustard oil is banned for eating, it is only considered to use externally.

CANOLA OIL
It is better than mustard oil. It has just 2% of erucic acid which is way lesser than mustard oil. It can be use for cooking and it wont even harm your health unless it is hexane free. Every thing has a negative side, canola oil can be used if hexane is not used in the process of making it, hexane is a type of toxin which reacts on your skin. In India, 90% of canola production companies uses all the stuff which harms your health. So before buying please check the label that you are buying a good product.

COCONUT OIL
Coconut oil is considered good oil for cooking but if you consume only a spoon per day which is next to impossible. Coconut oil have 13 grams of saturated fat which blocks the arteries which results in heart problems. Saturated fats are harmful as well as benefial, it raises good cholesterol and bad cholesterol too which does not effect but taking high quantity will effect.

OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is the best oil. It can be used in cooking,baking,dressing. It helps you to reduce bad cholesterol. It helps you to open blocked arteries. It has monounsaturated fat which is a heart healthy fat. It reduces diabetes. It reduces depression. It helps to lower the blood pressure.
