How to switch to a healthier side!

Here are some important tips you need to add to your lifestyle to make it more healthier.

  1. Switch to whole grain bread
    You can make your diet a bit healthier by choosing whole grain bread rather than refined grain bread. Refined breads result in health issues and on the other hand whole grain bread has a variety of benefits like it reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer. They are also a good source of fiber, vitamins.

  2. Add fruits to your diet
    Fruits are really beneficial for your health. They are loaded with fibres,vitamins and antioxidants. The amount of sugar are generally digested very easily so it does not make major spikes in blood sugar levels. Eating fuits reduces the risk of several diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. However the same does not apply with fruit juices especially the packed ones.

  3. Drinking enough water
    Many studies have shown that drinking water may benefit weight maintenance,weight loss and even slightly increase the number of calories you burn daily. It even make your skin glow.

How many litres of water do you drink? Do you provide a free bread and fruits?

Around 3 to 5.....not really but why so?

Because some people can't eat them because they are too expensive

Not that much though but these are just tips for being more healthier
