What if birds couldn’t fly?

In Afghan there is a saying. If your uncle woulnd’t be a man he would become your aunty! The saying actually explains how silly it is to say what if.

A lot of people tend to stress out by constantly asking themself what if…?? Stop doing that for fat pete’s sake! You are just hurting your brains by making a total scenario up that wouldn’t be true anyway. Because you can not predict how it would be if things would be different. That’s just contradicting every law in physiques and quantum mechanics. There are too many factors to keep in mind.

I’ve noticed the reason that many people say what if because of regret. They regret how things worked out and that their choices ended up bad for them. Regret in this manner is seen as a bad thing. Something you should never have. But I do not agree to this kind of mindset.

As a problemsolver I always keep myself positive because positive energy is way more powerfull then negative. You can have a lot of negitivity around you, but there has to be only one positive vibe that will take all your bad energy away and put a smile on your face instead.

My advise for you folks is to just relax, take a deep breath. And instead of asking what if, try asking yourself what now?! What now is a pragmatic way of thinking which helps you to solve your problems rather then imagining fake scenarios in which you would become the king. Don’t regret, but learn. Don’t ask what if, but what now!

So remember, good food is good vibes, is good energy. Everybody just stay fat and the world will become a better place! hahaha
