Google has acquired the pixel division of HTC

Google can not move to Apple's hardware sector But the company progressed a little further in this goal, the organization has moved forward. Last year, Google announced the acquisition of a division of HTC Corporation in Taiwan. The deal worth $ 110 million was recently completed. According to a report on technology websites, purchasing HTC's Pixel division will give Google's hardware better control over the hardware sector. Google will be able to create a chip with Apple in connection with this agreement.

Google Hardware Division's Chief Rick Austro says in an interview with Businesswoman Bloomberg, that there will be a custom silicon chip in the future from Google.

Two thousand smartphone experts will now work under Google due to agreement with HTC. It will be easy for them to make new chips. Google has already created their first custom chip named Pixel Visual Core.

Apple's iPhone, MacBook, iMac, Watch and AirPad are using different custom processors. Google could go ahead with plans like Apple However, neither Apple nor Google can fully depend on their own chips. Other companies, including TSMs, work to create Apple's iPhone processors. Qualcomm made Google's Android phone processor If Google creates its own processor, then it will be a big threat for Qualcomm. When will the new chip of Google? The company has not yet given clear idea about it.
