Bible prophecy: And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations

There are some teachings of Jesus in the Gospel of Saint Matthew referring to the end of the times, which have similarities with the prophecies of Isaiah and the apocalypse.
One of the signs of these futures times that Jesus describes in his teachings is the preaching of the gospel: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come," Matthew 24:14.
This has a remarkable coincidence with the third secret of the Virgin of Fatima, which speaks of a great schism within the Catholic Church by the preaching of the gospel, and of a descent of wisdom from above to the material plane, that must take place before the great punishment, a punishment like never before the flood.
The Vatican has always been attentive to the secrets of the Virgin of Fatima, but it must be understood that when a prophecy is true, everything that is done against it only reinforces it. God's providence is manifested in the prophecy.

It is also remarkable to analyze that the current Pope is not mentioned in the prophecies of Saint Malachy, and this is due to a very particular reason, Pope Benedict is still alive and in the eyes of the seer, Saint Malachy, there cannot be two Popes.
The end of the time is in essence a great spiritual change, a spiritual warfare, in which the preaching of the gospel of our Lord will be inserted.
The arrival of the last Pope, whose name is described in the prophecies of Saint Malachy, and his name will be Peter the Roman II, is linked to the rise of the last antichrist. The last antichrist comes with a fundamental strategic objective, to destroy the foundations of the Christian faith and the preaching of his gospel, and to achieve this he must take captive the last Pope. The last Pope will have to face the end times and the beginning of a new era of light for all humanity, as was the renaissance after the darkness of the Middle Ages.
