Gout. Painful!

Gout is a painful feeling that can chase your family down for generations (genetics) or could start from you. Gout is considered a form of arthritis. Based on how severe the case is, you may experience sudden attacks of pain that can cause impairment to your joints unless treated properly. If gout is not treated overtime, you may develop red bumps, which (internally) can consist of white blood cells, that can be painful to the touch. An uncontrollable uric acid to your system may also lead to painful kidney stones and increase your chances of kidney failures.

The initial pains are usually bearable and ignored. The attacks are rapid and short so people have mistaken it for bad feet posture, wrong shoe position, and exercise. While others may experience their first attack around their fingers, most have experienced it on their big toe. The pain can also surface on your wrists, ankles, knees and elbows. Regardless how or where it starts, acute gout must be treated before the attacks become more severe and often. In fact, some experience hours of attacks.
