The good government: A wise king winnows out the wicked; he drives the threshing wheel over them

A ruler endowed with the spiritual gift of wisdom establishes the good government in the society, as the Bible says: "I saw that wisdom is better than folly, just as light is better than darkness. The wise have eyes in their heads, while the fool walks in the darkness" Ecclesiastes 2:13-14. The wise man does not act for money, for selfishness, or by passion (hate or envy), the wise man loves the good (Agape) and as God, he radiates his perfections, his mercy, his piety, his perseverance, to men. As in the days of David and his son Solomon, the law is faithfully fulfilled when those who fear God rule. And as Aristotle says: "It belongs to the wise person to order".
The sage promotes righteousness ("Do to others what you would have them do to you", Matthew 7:12) among men and fights oppression in society: "Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor. Do not plot evil against each other." Zechariah 7:10.
The righteousness is a heavy burden for the wicked, so the saying holds true: "A wise king winnows out the wicked; he drives the threshing wheel over them" Proverbs 20:26. The lie can not prosper when the most sensible men are promoted, that's why the wise man puts the mill wheel to roll to the wicked, there are two logics, two mentalities in opposition, and when one prevails, the social weight falls on the other.
And there is something that distinguishes the monarchy from other forms of government, the wise educate through listening: "A wise ruler will educate his people, and his government will be orderly" Ben Sira 10:1.
The art of listening belongs to the wise: listen (perceive with attention), meditate with intuition and inspiration, decide with creativity and discernment. By the art of listening, the sage emulates God, that is, he resolves what is presented to his judgment as God in person.
