Pictures of Me on Drugs

in government •  8 years ago

With the recent upcoming ban on Kratom, and the already in-place bans on my favorite mind-expanding substances, I would like to share pictures of the effects drugs have on me. I don't have many. I rarely feel like picking up my phone to take a picture when I'm experimenting with my consciousness, but I'm grateful to have a few!

LSD

In this photo you see me at age twenty-two, enjoying a peaceful and pleasant walk. My best friend took this picture. There were many cars driving by. We were even passed by police. There were people passing us by on the sidewalk. Little did they know that we were having the time of our lives tripping on extremely strong LSD. We were very peaceful, and we were all smiles.

This picture was taken quite recently, so I can recall my trip in a little more detail. I had just gotten done swimming in a lake (I would definitely recommend that experience to anyone who wants to try LSD). I didn't have a swim suit, so I swam in my shorts. Afterwards I went back to the cabin I was staying in to change my clothes. I ended up starring into my own eyes through a mirror. I planted my feet strongly on the floor and took deep breaths. With every exhale, I could see the sacred geometrical, flowery-like shapes lining around my entire face. I basically turned into an Alex Grey painting. And after looking deep into my own eyes, I got a sense of my true feminine power. All the joy and pain I've experienced in my life (which created the woman I am today) came to the surface all at once. It was such a deep and beautiful journey, and it literally left me in tears. I snapped this photo right after this experience. Peaceful, and all smiles.

I had to walk down a 10 minute path in the forest to get back to my group after my journey through the mirror. While walking down the path, I channeled a message:

I am walking this journey by myself. I am alone, but I shouldn't be afraid of that, because I have all the support from the universe to continue on the road that few dare to venture down.

As I received this message from my mind's eternal library, I felt humbled. I got an overpowering feeling of my own inner strength, and felt ready to walk to the rhythm of my own drum. And since that day, I've been doing exactly that.

Psilocybin Mushrooms

This picture was taken somewhere in the Arizona Desert in the beginning of 2016. I was pretty deep in my journey. During this trip, we found a dead saguaro cactus that had been overtaken by bees. I sat and listened. They were humming in unison. It was an intense and beautiful song that brought me to tears. That night, I also recall seeing the Buddha's face on the wall of my home. It made me truly wonder if these deities that are worshiped were first seen through the use of psychedelics.

After everyone else had gone to bed, I sat outside on my hammock. I laid there, soaking in the absolute beauty of the stars. Peaceful, and all smiles. The desert is one of my favorite places to go on trips. I never grasped the true dimensions of desert life until I had a psychedelic experience with it.

Ayahuasca

Now this picture might not have been taken during the ceremony, but I can guarantee that the effects had not worn off yet (ironically they still haven't). I had taken my first cup of Mother Aya at midnight. I did not stop seeing faces until 3 pm the next day. Out of pure curiosity, I snapped this photo of myself a few hours after the ceremony had ended. Do I look physically different? And yes, I did. My eyes were SO CLEAR after this miraculous, life-changing event. There were so many things I had to process afterwards. I had brought in this newfound knowledge, but I didn't really know what to do with it. I just knew that I felt good. I was accepting of all things, and I realized how beautiful the human experience really is. And all I wanted to do...was eat fruit. I had found inner peace like I had never experienced before, and I was all smiles.

Kratom

The DEA would love to convince you that Kratom has a high potential for abuse and addiction. But this just isn't so. Kratom made my life BETTER! While I was going through a very dark period, Kratom helped boost my mood. It also made me want to get up and work. I've talked to numerous different people who said they have been able to get off of opiates because of kratom. I've talked to others who told me this tea-like substance helped them get off heroin.

Kratom is literally saving lives. Since its ban in Alabama back in May, the state has seen a 20 percent rise in opiate deaths.

See this picture above? Not addicted. Not depressed. Not ill. Peaceful, and all smiles.

Government's goal is to brainwash individuals through propaganda and fear, so they eventually gain the majority of society's trust and convince millions that we need government. Apparently people cannot be responsible for themselves. We must have laws set in place by a few men who think they know what's best for everyone. I can honestly say I have never harmed another being on any of these substances. And because I own myself, I believe I can put whatever I want into it, as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others.

I've shared these photos today to show that these substances have a high potential for GROWTH! Whether it be spiritual, mental, emotional or physical growth, these substances provide just that (at least for me). It is hard for me not to be offended, because basically what the DEA is telling us is that we are not allowed to choose what goes in OUR body, even if it has positive results and significantly changes our life.

They might as well be saying, "No, you are not allowed to perform acts of self-ownership. You are not allowed to grow. You are not allowed to act peacefully. You are not allowed to smile."

Wasn't even on drugs and I smiled back like an idiot while reading and checking out the pictures. Great post!

I hate how most discussions about drugs devolve into moral judgements and fearmongering. Humans have been using mind-altering substances in spiritual ceremonies for tens of thousands of years. There might just be something to that, you know?

Great examples of the earths purities benefiting life. Now all we need to do is take pictures of people who take pharmaceuticals daily and see what their aura portrays. I wish the government wasnt so greedy, makes me sad :(. My mother has been sick for a few years now and taking a lot of pain meds. If only there were ways of treating pain naturally without breaking some sort of law..

Sounds like wonderful experiences. I would like to hear more about ayahuasca.

This is a great article. Thanks so much for sharing. I can't tell you how frustrated I am that I cannot try more of these things, or follow my own spiritual path, without fear of being locked up and stolen from my family. Keep waking people up! This is a unique approach!

The first thing I noticed in the picture after Ayahuasca was your eyes before I had read your experience about it. Thank you for sharing these photos.

Great experiences and photos! Thank you!

this is one of the most profound yet simple and important essays Ive read. Thankyou for sharing your enlightened self. I have joked since I was 18 years old that I was an athiest until I took natures mushrooms and I found god on my own.

look at this guy on 4 years of pHarmaceuticals

Convincing millions that we need government prevents them from the potential of realizing self government through self responsibility to earth. Well I haven't tried any of those drugs so I couldn't say that people shouldn't do them especially since it shows to better the lives of its users like Macey's. Forcing a will on people who are in search of something through drugs doesn't make much sense since it might just make them more insane. Anyways I'd like to try they substances someday to experience their assumed benefit but I wouldn't be able to do that with a violent opposition against me and my curiosity. Sharing stories like yours make it cool to discuss drugs because the meaning of its use is amplified rather than turned away and discarded like garbage.
