On a Monday evening in Spokane Valley, WA we came upon this roadside piracy. Washington State Patrol and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement were on scene for this stop. A houseboat that had just been trailered past the Idaho/Washington border. My daughter has wanted to film the police, after lots of talking to her about it and coaching her we decided it was time. This is her first time give her some love.
