earlier the Year 2018 The village began preparing to develop a work program with funds allocated in the current year. In this year the village funds are cultivated to be plotted at the beginning of the year. So, that each village has been designed by conducting Deliberation of Village Development Plan 2018. Deliberation led by the head of Village. attended by, village apparatus, village society are also accompanied by village counselors in the sub distrik.

Discussions on the work plan of 2018 went smoothly. although there was also a debate about priority programs, but could be resolved with both parties agreeing. In this discussion there is discussion about Rice the poor Program (Rice for poor family). The previous policy was taken in the same way for the whole community for this year. the policy which has been deemed corrected by the community should not be divided evenly, but must refer to the regulation, especially for the family that has been set by the social service.

The Village Funds this year are slightly less than in 2017 as I have discussed in the past https://steemit.com/government/@sekdes/evaluation-program-dana-desa-oo1. This year, economic empowerment is more emphasized by the Village Owned Enterprise program. establishing a business managed by the village to increase village income. The community can benefit from the Village Fund with the development or business capital.
The deliberations are closed by mutual agreement to be managed in a self-managed way. So, the community can benefit from the creation of jobs, facilities for ready-made economic resources. Prosperous village prosperous society will be created.

MEMULAI TAHUN 2018 #002
Memasuki Tahun 2018 Desa mulai bersiap-siap untuk menyusun Program kerja dengan dana yang dialokasikan pada tahun berjalan, pada tahun ini dana desa diusahakan dapat di plot pada awal tahun sehingga setiap desa sudah merancang dengan melakukan Musrembangdes (Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan Desa) Tahun 2018 Musyawarah di pimpin oleh Kepala Desa dihadiri oleh, perangkat desa, masyarakat desa juga di dampingi oleh pendamping desa dalam kecamatan.
Pembahasan tentang rencana kerja tahun 2018 berjalan lancar walaupun ada juga yang terjadi perdebatan tentang program prioritas akan tetapi dapat di selesaikan dengan kedua pihak menyetujuinya. Dalam pembahasan kali ini ada pembahasan mengenai Program Raskin (Beras untuk keluarga miskin). Yang dahulu diambil kebijakan dengan cara dibagi sama untuk seluruh masyarakat, untuk tahun ini kebijakan tersebut yang sudah di anggap benar oleh masyarakat tidak boleh lagi dibagi rata, akan tetapi harus mengacu pacu pada peraturan, khusus untuk keluarga yang telah ditetapkan oleh dinas social.
Dana Desa pada tahun ini berkurang sedikit daripada tahun 2018 seperti yang telah saya bahas pada https://steemit.com/government/@sekdes/evaluasi-keberhasilan-program-dana-desa-oo1 yang lalu. Pada tahun ini pemberdayaan ekonomi lebih di titik beratkan dengan program Bumdes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa), mendirikan usaha yang dikelola oleh desa untuk meningkatkan pendapatan desa. Masyarakat dapat mengambil manfaat dari Dana Desa dengan pembangunan ataupun modal usaha dari Bumdes yang di jalankan.
Musyawarah di tutup dengan kesepakatan bersama untuk dapat di kelola dengan cara swakelola sehingga masyarakat dapat mengambil manfaat dengan terciptanya lapangan kerja, fasilitas untuk sumber ekonomi siap pakai. Desa makmur masyarakat sejahtera akan tercipta.
