Are You Scared of the Future?

I know I am.
When you think about it a little, you see everything is based off of fear. Perhaps those governing by power and fear tactics are doing it right?
Hold that thought and we can get back to it. Hold it real tight, but don't let the sweat from anticipation let it slip through your fingers

What do you do every day that is based off of fear? Lets go through a list and you will see what I mean, then we will go to what fear disguises itself as cuz that is just facinating!

Okay so fear... i set my alarm in the morning for fear i wont wake up on time. If i sleep in late i'm scared i might lose respect in the eyes of my bosses who hold the fate of my job in their hands. i fear losing my job because i fear not being able to pay for bills. if i cannot pay for bills i will lose my phone, my connection to many important people in my life since many have moved away. i fear not being able to speak to them anymore because i already lost being able to see them every day. back then i feared not being able to laugh with them. we go to our jobs for fear of not having food in our stomachs and fear of no roof over our heads. fear of losing our social status.
what about all those who are well off enough that if they were smart about their money they need not work? do they fear being bored? what about those who are retired? do we fear boredom? i know i do. we can hardly sit down on the toilet these days without scrolling through our phone or reading a book. it is two literal minutes! why? are we afraid of not taking in information for just two minutes?!
When you eat, do you only eat when you are hungry? or before it gets there? are you afraid of hunger? What about those who fast? why do they fast? there is a multitude of reasons people fast, some religious, some wanting to detox, afraid of displeasing your deity, fear of being unhealthy, FEAR!
It is everywhere, but some people enjoy the fear, they seek it, jump off cliffs for it. they have a desperate need for fear, their feelings of fear have been dulled in most regular situations, but since they need it so bad they go out and seek it. we fear needing to rely on anything. but those who seek fear, are the ones among us who accept that we need fear to live.
We need fear to respect someone. Fear to have faith. Fear to interact with people, fear of being alone. Fear is everywhere and controls our actions in thousands of daily activities. Our minds even reward us for the fear, dealing with the fear and we get a reward. do you feel good after you eat? i know i do. our mind has placed something in the way of the fear and so is happy. you see this in many many things.
coffee drinkers! you fear not being awake, fear not being satisfied by that specific roast warming you inside fear of being away from rutine.

so lets pry open our fingers and bring up that thought once more. how do dictators get into power? those who rule by this fear. As you can see, fear dictates much of our life. Now a dictator knows that fear controls us so tries to force it. really this causes us more fear and so we reject it unless they offer us something that outweighs our fear of not having control (when in reality we really have none anyways it is just an illusion). so in theory keeping with this fear, a democracy is just a fear of moving away from a collection of like fears and judging who has the most common fears and who is a thrill seeker will go and do something about those fears. we watch news because we are afraid of what they might do with the power we have given them and it will not be undoable. but yet we know that they are accountable to us so we don not panic.

When a government or leader of any time is no longer accountable to those they govern/ lead, they threaten to break the foundation they stand upon and in doing so forfeit their legitimate leadership.

we are in fact creatures of habit, and really fear having those habits or rituals disrupted so soon after many dictators reach power, we feel fear and uncertainty with their many unpredictable actions and decide to brave our fears.
