Is Stateless Capitalism possible?

in government •  6 years ago

Stateless capitalism is an oxymoron. Capitalism is about land ownership. Capitalism is about private property. Which is about absolute control of land. A piece of paper, a title deed, grants absolute right to a piece of land.

If you're occupying that land, then you have no issued.

But if you're abandoned the property, then we have an issue. Because your title grants you permission to say who comes and goes, you're in your right based on the authority of the deed to remove any person living on that land. And you have the right to murder them if they refuse.

That's why capitalism requires Statist Violence. It doesn't matter if it's the police you call, or a Private Military Company. It's still an invasion.
