Beshear is really truly in a league of his own.

Kentucky is a deep red state. It went for Trump by 26 points. Yet Beshear has been able to be fairly liberal as governor.

Roy Cooper punches well above his weight as well in North Carolina. And he's been smart about the stances he takes against a Republican dominated legislature- protecting abortion rights and vetoing the anti-trans bathroom bill.

Tim Walz and Josh Shapiro to some degree as well.
