HOW TO UNLOCK CORE VOLTAGE IN MSI AFTERBURNER
Step A-1 Go into your MSI Afterburner Settings (MSI Afterburner properties)
Step A-2 Unlock voltage control & voltage monitoring
Step A-3 Restart MSI Afterburner
In all cases, this had no effect
Go to Step B
Step B-1 Go to :- C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner
Go into your MSI Afterburner main directory and locate the CFG file titled "MSIAfterburner. Open it with notepad since you'll only need simple word processing functions.

Step B-2 Scroll down for the following input fields and enter the values after the "="
UnofficialOverclockingEULA = I confirm that I am aware of unofficial overclocking limitations and fully understand that MSI will not provide me any support on it
UnofficialOverclockingMode = 1
Step B-3 Save this file with the same name to a different folder ( Desktop for example )
Now swap both files ( This is easier than changing permissions )
Step B-4 Restart MSI Afterburner

Go to Step C
Step C-1 C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Profiles
Step C-2 Go into your MSI Afterburner main directory and locate the "Profiles" folder titled "VEN_10DE&DEV_1341&SUBSYS_2281103C&REV_A2&BUS_10&DEV_0&FN_0". Open it with notepad since you'll only need simple word processing functions.
Delete everything inside that file.
Then Copy & Paste this:

CoreVoltageBoost=
PowerLimit=
ThermalLimit=
ThermalPrioritize=
CoreClkBoost=
MemClkBoost=
[Settings]
VDDC_Generic_Detection=1
Step C-3 Save this file with the same name to a different folder ( Desktop for example )
Now swap both files ( This is easier than changing permissions )
Step C-4 Restart MSI Afterburner
Now the Core Voltage Slider should be unlocked.
