Sounds like an awesome seminar!! I did one with royler Gracie and he’s also more into self defense. I have to say I also prefer that style since I don’t compete ... thanks for sharing

Royler is one I'd like to check off my list. I love the old school self defense style too. I visited a more modern competition style school and the first thing the black belt said to me was, "Oh, that self defense stuff doesn't work." when he found out I trained at a Relson academy. I couldn't believe my ears!
