"Jemblang" is a favorite snack of Acehnese People Throughout Time.

Jemblang also called by the name "Boh Jambe Kleng" which means black guava fruit.

Then why is called by the name of black guava fruit?

Jemblang called by the people of Aceh by the name of black guava fruit because the tree from jemblang is very similar to the guava tree, from the leaves until the tree trunk jemblang as a whole looks very much like a guava tree, besides this jemblang is dark black so in say by the aceh " Kleng ".

This jemblang is as snack food for the people of Aceh, usually at a meal with a special sauce for jemblang.
The flavor of this jemblang is very brown, so in need of special sauce to eat jemblang to taste more delicious.
Saos for jemblang is made from natural ingredients that consists of sweets, salt, and chili. Then in the milled until smooth to become the right sauce for jemblang.
Sweets that are used for jemblang sauce are made from sugar which is processed with some other ingredients, and sometimes the aceh people mix it with a little honey to taste more delicious.
