I like this. It's clean and almost perfect. I don't think the drop shadow should be there though. Drop shadows have had their time. The gradient work is enough to hold the design together without any shadow effects. Interesting choice to mix a serif font with a san serif in the big text. I usually don't like that, but it seems to work here for you.
