I like to think of these songs like recipes... The boys used these recipes to make some seriously good music back in the day and even though we have videos and recordings we can never go back taste that product. When we go see show now and we taste those recipes it's the people making the music then that are really responsible and not the person who wrote the recipe, I mean without the recipe who knows what they would come up but at the end of they day when we are those shows we aren't eating a 50 year old cake, we are baking a totally new cake and everyone is throwing in a dash of themselves. We can enjoy our cake knowing that we are carrying on a long tradition of fantastic music confectionary works but don't forget about what cake you're actually eating... Make sure you're throwing love into the mix and not self doubt or even hate! The farmer and the baker will tell you the same, perfect moments can't be preserved forever, the best you can do is cultivate and enjoy them. So don't go to a show looking to find a 50 year old grammatically sealed version of something you once knew, show up with your apron on ready to bake up something new for everyone to enjoy!
