Daily Gratitude

Many of us get so busy with daily life that it is easy to forget the things we are grateful for. I live a very minimal way and find so much more to be grateful for than when I had much more material possessions.

We come back to this Now moment as this is all there truly is. The illusions of life are constructs that are continually distracting us from the infinite love that we are.

Step outside, breathe and feel the gratitude for even this one breath.

Much love friends❤

I need to get back at this !

Thanks for being here @cryptosignz!

I have been feeling down recently due to work and when you start getting in to the downward spiral, it can be very difficult to get out of it.

But I found a good way to get out of that. Someone asked me "what do you like about the job?" - if you truly cannot find anything to like about a job, then it's time to leave it. Thankfully, I had more things I like about the job than I lead myself to believe and now I do feel better for it.

But you're right, living in the here and now and not thinking about what could be - definitely a good step :)
