Gratitude and Radical Self-care
At the beginning of the month, I declared May Radical Self-care month.
Who gave me the power to do that? I did. I declared it for myself because I needed and need to practice much more self-care than I am doing right now.
My belief is that many of you need to do that as well. Especially if you are a woman.
Actually, I take that back. There are lots and lots of men out there who also suffer from not following their hearts - doing what they are doing out of a sense of duty.
But I have heard the stories of women more. That is the experience I can draw from and speak of with certainty.
We need to take better care of ourselves!!!!
