Gratitudeday challenge is a daily challenge that encourages people to be grateful for little things and big things.
Winter is the coldest season of the year in polar and temperate zones. It occurs after autumn and before spring in each year. Winter is caused by the axis of the Earth in that hemisphere being oriented away from the Sun. Because of the cold, exercises will come to play and calorie burn will be higher as the body has to expend energy on staying warm. Because your body is working hard, your metabolism revs up and your body burns more calories and fat to produce energy.
You are also strengthening your heart, lungs and circulatory system, thereby improving your overall health.
Regular moderate exercise will boost immunity by improving lymphatic and cardiovascular circulation. The cold stimulates our parasympathetic system and keep us happy, feeling good and eases depression.
Helps to keep the mind sharp and relieves you of depression and also helps your body manufacture more vitamin D.
Moderate exercise increases the blood flow to the liver thereby improving its ability to detoxify waste.
