Today I want to thank for the beaches. It is a beautiful place where we can relax and enjoy.
I have had family walks and with friends. The sound of the sea is relaxing and swimming on the beach is beautiful. The sand that touches my feet. I appreciate for all the greatness of nature especially the beaches and all its benefits.
The beach is a good place to rest, reflect, clear your mind and even have fun.
It is a good place since the sea has healing properties and the sun in small quantities is good for your skin. I appreciate all this and more.
