Hello steemian,
Adaptation , in biology , process by which an animal or plant species becomes fitted to its environment; it is the result of natural selection ’s acting upon heritable variation . Even the simpler organisms must be adapted in a great variety of ways: in their structure, physiology, and genetics, in their locomotion or dispersal, in their means of defense and attack, in their reproduction and development, and in other respects.
Adaptation in relation to human is the ability of our body system to adapt or acclimatize to a wide range of temperature and humidity.
The human body used to respond to changing in environmental stresses in variety of ways, include the biological and cultural ways.

It is possible to acclimatize to a wide range of temperature and humidity. When traveling to high altitudes, our bodies adjust to climate of that environment so that our cells still receive sufficient oxygen.
There are various ways (include the physiological way) our body used to respond to internal and external stresses such as bacteria and viral infection, air and water pollution, dietary balance and overcrowding.
The ability of our body systems to adapt to varying environmental conditions as made it possible for us to survive in most region of the world compared to plant who usually restricted to a particular region.
Thank you so much for your time and love
