969: Byzantine troops occupy Antioch.

1864: The Hellenic Parliament votes on the Greek Constitution of 1864.

1869: Greek revolutionary, Christodoulos Hatzipetros dies.

1961: Konstantinos Karamanlis and the National Radical Union (ERE) win the election, amid allegations of fraud by the opposition.

1966: A devastating earthquake hits Xiromero in the Aetolia-Acarnania region. The earthquake leaves 1 dead, 10 seriously injured and 10,000 people homeless.
