INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber big
3 medium tomatoes
1 onion (red, preferably)
100 g of black olives
300 g feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
oregano, salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Light, tasty, healthy, authentic, inexpensive, and generous. Greek salad is an ideal choice for moments when you want to eat something good with minimal effort. I think you eat it as a main meal on a hot summer day, you take it as a pequet at work or use it as a griddle on a barbecue, this quick Greek salad will get you out of the mess.
Wash the vegetables well, cut them and add them to a large bowl (so that you can mix at will, without getting out of the way).
Combine the oil with vinegar and spices, pour over the vegetables, mix and leave for 5 minutes before serving. Nothing easier!
It fits perfectly with fresh toasted bread.
