The first thing that most people notice about Steemit is its resemblance to Reddit. Though it doesn’t necessarily look the same, the concept is very similar. On the main page, you can see a wide range of posts, contests, and other creations. Within Steemit, you can filter by what is trending, various communities, glance at all available posts, or even by how much money a post has made. This collective allows you to see a wide range of topics, and more importantly, as a writer, it enables you to potentially experience a lot of visibility.
