Parallely latin squares or popularly known as OLDK1 https://boinc.multi-pool.info/latinsquares/home.php also seems to be having high load on servers and hence servers are responding very slowly.
hopefully both projects get back in shape quickly.

Interesting, I bet if we whitelisted the project that was voted for ODLK not ODLK1 we would not have lag issues but since the Internet uses peering and routing tables via many top tier providers there can be many things that cause lag but actually ODLK1 has had this issue ever other day for the past week , hourly I have over 1k WU to upload pending vs the usual 100.
Additionally lets not use current record info , you can use dig via Linux even or a website like https://dnstrails.com/domain/cosmologyathome.org to show historical data..

It's not hard to social engineer out of the USA domain registrars and get them to transfer and highjack a domain... Happened to my roommate with crackrock.org/.net/.com and it was a well known site just the same. As you can see University of Illinois actually originally owned it and per historical data the domain keeps transferring between Confluence Networks Inc and Renater and now " Gandi SAS is a French company providing domain name registration, web hosting, and related services. The company's main office is in Paris. " If you do a quick google search for Gandi SAS you see " Gandi.net: No bullshit. " Nice moto for a legit registrar eh? After a little digging ( just google the name you don't even have to dig ) Back in July last year https://www.securityweek.com/hundreds-domains-hijacked-french-registrar-gandi and you see its a common registrar used to highjack domains with " Hundreds of domains were hijacked earlier this month and redirected to an exploit kit landing page as part of an attack targeting the French domain name registrar and hosting services provider Gandi. " I would suggest we de-whitelist immediately and skip the manual grey-listing ASAP since you can see that the domain was hijacked and unfortunately both Renater and Confluence Networks Inc are S.O.L. and unfortunately the University of Illinois will have to get a new domain and rename the project its already been transfered and ARIN does not get involved in disputes between whom owns a domain , if its hijacked its hijacked and GANDI SAS owns the rights to it now and whom ever their customer is whom paid to move it and now owns it. Domains are big business and big money , that one could sell for a large lump sum and somebody is going to cash in or setup a Boinc server and spread their DDOS botnet and SSL will not matter nor protect you and since we are executing .exe applications within the Boinc client it's not hard to do since there are how many people attached not to mention global not just team Gridcoin.
