On Github, the status is calculated on the total N° of issues/ N° issues solved. Not representative on the actual hours spent on the development and the hours estimated remaining.

But in real, a lot of work as already been done on these two updates. Just few issues still need to be solved
This is correct. In fact the scraper/NN part is closer to 95%. It is essentially fully operational. Just some more testing and maybe a couple of tweaks remain.
