This is enough reason to delist the project during the downtime, so as to prevent people continuing to be compensated for 2 to 3 weeks without having to do any more research.

Agreed. Though we have to make sure to do it at the correct time. There are still 260k WUs to work thru before the server runs dry (and only 60k currently in progress).
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
