The blockchain/crypto conference ecosystem is definitely beginning to pick up momentum. The fall circuit is underway and we are missing out on a few good ones for sure. The spring circuit already has several conferences set up and many more in the works. I think that we could create a team to research these conferences as they form, analyze the cost-benefit-feasibility of attending each one, and put together presentations/recommendations regarding attendance for each one. From there we can create standardized documentation which can be adapted to each conference we decide to attend.
Standardized documentation = basic outlines of our goals, priorities, and development roadmap. Each team for each conference would create their own content, but we need to have some basic threads connecting each team.
What do you think?
I like this idea a lot. I was just mentioning one potential event we could attend, but if analyze a few, make a report about them, and see what the community thinks, it would be a lot better. We could have multiple official "teams" that go to the large events, and we could have official presentations and other materials for smaller "teams" to spread around at local events too. Here's my discord channel that I set up for GRC networking if you're interested. Again, great Idea!
