I have been doing several "crunching" tests during these last 2 months and this is why I have been "disappeared" from the GRC world, even if it was not like that.
In fact I will continue with the development of Gridcoin and Boinc because it seems to me an exciting world and that it helps the world of research.
I leave the graph that shows you what happens when you are a month doing "crunching", during which we are gaining Gridcoin currency, and another month where the machines are totally disconnected, and where we are also receiving Gridcoin coins.

This chart shows well why it is called "Recent Average Credit". Eventually you don't have enough recent credit earned from crunching on BOINC and your average drops down to zero.

I’m doing so since more than a year and a half...
I guess it is because the market price right now but anyway I’m happy to contribute for the science so I didn’t stop 😜

Um , you are part of the dev team and don't know how RAC works? You know the whole thing is pretty simple and slowly drops. That is why you have these whales with for example a dozen GTX1080-ti's and now RTX2080's and they crunch 1 project for a day , then another and switch and just ride the RAC between many projects earning a crapload more GRC then if they stuck to crunching 1 single project. How about also for learning you join the gridcoin discord and slack , we have weekly hangouts via mumble if you look at the posts from peppernrhino it has the discord info along with hangouts but you need a slack invite the dev work is behind closed doors but if you are a gridcoin and boinc dev you must already have the info.
