When is Bittrex going to reactivate GRC?

Bittrex says "awaiting developer response." Is someone assigned to this? When can we expect to see GRC reactivated?

    3.7.11.0 was submitted to Bittrex several days ago which should have fixed their RPC lag issues. They are currently testing the version internally from what I understand. The Gridcoin team cannot speed up this process, nor are we able to know exactly what is taking Bittrex so long. Please be patient. Many users (myself included) have funds stuck on exchanges.

    The devs released 3.7.11 which supposedly fixed the problems the exchanges were having so I guess we just have to wait on Bittrex.
