The loss of a child
A nine year old boy
Is not part of some
Bigger plan
I'm sorry but
God just does not
Work that way.
Tragedies happen yes
And hearts are broken
But striking out youth
In such a painful Away
Is not of God
But in large part caused
By greed
Less than four percent
Of research funding
Is put towards
Research for childhood cancer.
And please remember
That putting the blame on
Diet is not the answer either.
Don't you think that
Grieving parents
Play what it's through
Their head every hour of everyday?

Awesome poem I lost my best friend 7 years ago to brain cancer he was only 15 years old

Thank you so much! I am sorry for the loss of your friend!

I can fully understand as we almost lost our son to brain cancer 11 years ago.

I know you can Guarddog, some people tend to tell the family it's part of God's plan but I could never believe that.

I'll keep my opions to myself.

Lol okay! I'm just saying I don't find it's helpful when others either blame the parents or tell them it's part of God's plan. I consider myself a woman of faith but that's just not something i could believe or say
