Going to Jail (Grif's Story)

So, I guess, according to my attorney's guy, who is my acting attorney if facts are to be blamed, the state needs "$10,000" bond for me to get out. I'm in court, its day 5 of a hold in Lake County Jail, the county north of Chicago or Cook County, IL. Basically, I'm responsible for paying the fat, ridiculous amount that Highland Park Police exploit their quotas needs over everything, of course the truth. I find out 10 grand really means you only pay 100 and thats what one of the first lasting things I "learn inside." At first my dumbass thought that 10 grand meant just that completely (foolish me), so when I realized that this meant only 1000 I got very pissed that my family hadn't bailed me out sooner than the total 9 days I spent inside, June 1- 9 (my birthday) of 2015. This is what happened, so you know. I should've said that already....

Flashback to that fateful night of June 1st...these are the facts: I went out to the city after having lived at my parents house in Highland Park, IL and raged a little too hard. I was technically 28 but 9 days away from my 29th birthday of June 9. I had just endured what was to me then a rough year, although the preceding haven't been much of anything smooth (until very recently) so my life has been since been filled with the annoyance of trifling legal matters.

The cops got a couple things wrong. I was 28 almost 29 and went out, took a cab home from the city for gods sake when I had access to a car (which later to towed, thus because I would be intercepted at home by the cops.
