Brisket

Smoked the brisket for 4hrs at 245 degrees. Then i wrapped it in foil and put them in the roaster at 150 degrees for 10 hours

Looks delicious. I usually make pork shoulder or ribs in the smoker, but lately I have been cheating and using a crockpot.

Same here, i only smoke it for a few hours then the roaster..
