enjoy the harvest

A year ago we made a pond from the tarpaulin, we put some tilapia tiddler into it, every day we gave them enough feed, and now its time we harvest it, he he he.
the result is not too much, but enough for our family's dinner, so yesterday we break the fasting with grilled fish from our own pond.

we have two types of tilapia, black indigo and red indigo, red indigo grows faster than black tilapia, at least that is what happens in our pond, so that despite the same age, red tilapia looks bigger, we harvest it together, our children were very happy to catch it, we enjoy the happiness together

the fish I have cleaned and I have given the spices grilled, ordinary seasoning, seasoning that I use for 1 kg of fish are:

• 10 pieces of chilli
• 2 pieces of red onion
• 1 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 turmeric finger
• 1 hazelnut
• 1 Tsp vinegar

all the ingredients were blended by adding a little water, then all the spices stir with the fish, leave it for 20 minutes, so that all the seasoning will get into the fishes properly.

When it is ready, the fish that I have spiced put on the embers in ensuring proper cook I kept the embers not to light into the fire, so that the fish should not be burnt the outside only, while the inside is still raw.

while waiting the fish to be ready prepare plates to put the grilled fish, prepare the spices to eat with fish, I usually make the soy sauce with the ingredients:

• sweet soya sauce
• some chillies (depending on taste spicy)
• 5 grains of red onion, sliced small
• 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  all the spices can be mashed not too smooth)

It did not take long time to finish all those grilled fish once the fish ready on the plate, I only got to take two of the rest, the grilled fish is our family favorite menu.
