Composition:
Gris, pear / banana, yoghurt, sugar, nuts (optional).
Products per serving:
1 tablespoon meal
1 pear or 1 banana
2 tablespoons yoghurt
1 tsp. sugar
walnuts for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Put the grill in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until it is ready. Remove from the fire and add the grated pear (or banana if you do not have pear), yogurt and sugar. Mix everything well and, if necessary, dilute with warm, fresh milk until you get the density you like. Serve the dessert in a bowl, optionally sprinkled with ground walnuts.
