Dear, it seems to me it doesn't feel good:(
the water is muddy and it has sour smell, like wine a little bit..
the taste is sour too
but it's strange there is no visible fermentation..
maybe it's too little sugar?
are there any ways to reanimate it and make it become ACV at last?:))

In my experience it doesn't bubble too much. If it smells like wine, and it's been 2 weeks since you started it, then go to the next step, and please, don't be concerned, this is a very simple recipe, and you cannot mess it up, I promise.
